In my relationship with this sacred site, Glendalough has shown itself to be a powerful ally for clearing fear, doubt, and mental overwhelm around decision-making. Its energy supports the cleansing of the inner lens — helping us see our path more clearly and take aligned, confident steps forward. Glendalough also carries a strong frequency connected to higher awareness and Divine connection. Located in County Wicklow, known as the Garden of Ireland, Glendalough has long been a place of pilgrimage and prayer. In the 6th century, it became home to a monastic settlement founded by Saint Kevin, whose devotion to nature and spirit is still deeply present in the valley today. Through my own connection with this place, Glendalough reveals itself as holding crystalline Earth energies and a distinctly angelic frequency. I experience this land as infused with love, protection, and blessings from benevolent guardians who continue to watch over and hold this sacred valley.

How to work with Glendalough Essence
Take 2-4 drops directly on tongue or in a glass of water. Take 1-3 times per day and use intentionally for 5-7 days making note of any shifts or breakthroughs. Trust your intuition when working with this essence as you may be called to use for a season, during ceremony / ritual or as needed.
