What happens in a Self love workshop?
This is a two hour online workshop led by Vicky Flanagan. Vicky shares her knowledge and lived experiences to explore different perspectives of the Self and what it means to truly love ourselves, all while holding compassion for our human nature and those more fearful parts of ourselves.
This workshop is intended to inspire and empower. You will learn a simple energy meditation so that you can experience your own magnificence even after the workshop has ended.
Connection to the Self
It's common to feel disconnected from yourSelf, especially when life gets busy and we neglect our practice of coming home to the Self. On an intellectual level, we can know our worth and understand the concept of the true Self, but sometimes we just don't know how to connect. Often we're so caught up in the happenings of the world and intertwined with other people's energy that we forget how beautiful our own energy feels.
What do I need?
Phone/laptop and wifi to attend online class
Pen and paper for journaling
Glass of water and your favorite tea to relax with
Comfortable seat for guided energy work
Questions and sharing is welcome at the end, but not mandatory. This is a safe space where you are encouraged to relax and be present.
"Self love is such a deep and juicy topic that I have been exploring for the last few years. I am grateful for all that I have come to know for it’s brought me home to mySelf, and each time I arrive home I am reminded that I am already enough. I'm excited to share what I've learned and hold space for you through this important journey of self discovery."
