Loughcrew
Loughcrew is located in Co. Meath and is home to a collection of Neolithic passage tombs known in Irish as ‘Sliabh na Cailleach’ meaning ‘Hill of the Witch’. An Cailleach is an ancient Celtic deity who is responsible for the landscape and these womb-like structures dotted all over Ireland and parts of Europe. Enjoy a walking tour of the land at Cairn T, the largest of these passage tombs which is aligned with the rising sun on the Spring and Autumn Equinox. Includes ritual and ancient ways of connecting, Celtic lore and sacred transmissions through guided meditation.
